B. Home Co. was founded in 2020 by Philip and Brystol Kilpatrick — a husband-and-wife team who believe the people who live in a home are the real experts on it. Our job is to guide the design, sweat the details, and build it right.
We're a residential design-build studio rooted in Franklin, Tennessee. We take on a focused number of projects so each one gets our full attention — and we treat every home like it's our own, because our name is on it.
